Master’s Program in Business Administration (Dual)

This dual MBA program is designed to meet the needs of working professionals who choose to continue their Life as Long Learning. All management disciplines are explored in depth, and fully integrated in project-based courses. These courses enable students to apply at many disciplines in different Organizational settings.

The sequence of the program also follows three progressive phases of a typical management career.     capital expenditure projects, discounted cash flow techniques and it's application, negotiating term loans proposals with banks, merchant banking, underwriting of securities, internal funds as a source of finance etc.
  • Organizational Behavior
    Analyzing the behaviors and motivations of people in businesses and other organizations through the study of Organizational psychology, the sociology of organizations, employee relations, leadership styles, power etc.
  • Managerial Economics
    Value & trade demand & costs, pricing in mass markets, strategic thinking and incentives, economic decision-Making, determinants of value in trade etc.
  • Strategic Management
    Analyze and assess the external environment, to develop an internal assessment or capability matrix, strategy formulation, strategy choice and strategy implementation.
  • Financial Management
    valuation of real and financial assets, risk management and financial derivatives, the trade-off between risk and expected return, and corporate financing and dividend policy.
  • Human Resource Management
    Recruiting personnel and their training, salary administration, handling union management relations etc
  • Marketing Management
    Policy, marketing, economics, finance, information systems, human resources and behavioral sciences and operations.
  • Production & Operations Management
    Introduction and overview, types and transformation Processes, developing an operations strategy, managing the supply chain, managing demand and capacity, innovation, quality, strategy etc.
  • Management Information Systems
    Computer hardware, operating systems, networking, programming, and database management systems. Information systems, decision support systems, technology management and system implementation.
