Understanding legal framework in economic and commercial context, competition law and regulation of markets, consumer law, finance and financial markets, taxation, and international perspectives on law and business

International Business

Preparing and evaluating a company's international strategy, the management skills to operate in an international company with several cultural backgrounds, conducting market research and drawing up an international marketing and sales plan, handling an insight in modern management information systems (MIS) and the possibilities of e-business
